We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Associate-2 to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience and a strong background in IT services, with expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM. Roles and Responsibility Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements. Troubleshoot production and test issues, recommend corrective actions, and perform resolutions. Manage development deliverables using Agile Framework to ensure timely project completion. Support customers across various time zones, providing excellent customer service. Develop and implement solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, SPM, CMDB, ITOM, and ITAM. Experience with application support and development activities, including coding best practices. Understanding of technical aspects of ServiceNow, such as JavaScript, XML, HTML, AngularJS, and CSS. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field. ServiceNow Certifications - CSA. Must have experience with ServiceNow modules - ITSM. Knowledge of Service Portal, UI Builder, Workspaces, Now Assist, Performance Analytics, and Scoped applications. Experience working in a client-facing environment.
