Job Description: IAS is in the business of Indian High Commission related application facilitation for People of Indian origin in Australia. In your role as a Customer Relations Specialist, you deal with clients who have queries, expectations, or information related to requirements about different types of Indian High Commission services such as OCI, IDLV, PCC, etc. You also need to provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers’ needs at each step of the process. Responsibilities: ● Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls ● Generate sales leads ● Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction ● Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools ● Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution ● Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents ● Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies ● Take the extra mile to engage customers Requirements: ● A bachelor’s degree preferable ● Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. ● Ability to work in a team. ● English, Hindi proficiency preferable ● Computer skills. ● Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening ● Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters ● Excellent communication and presentation skills ● Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively Remuneration: CTC 2.7 lac per annum; non-negotiable.
