CO-ORDINATION WITH OVERSEAS AGENT , CO-LOADER & DESTINATION CARRIER
CO-ORDINATION WITH CONSIGNEE & keeping customers updated at all times
REGULAR SHIPMENT FOLLOW-UP ON DAY TO DAY BASIS
MAINTAINING SHIPMENT DSR ON REGULAR BASIS
KNOWLEDGE ABOUT VESSEL/CARRIER TRACKING
PROMPT RESPONSE ON ANY QUERIES
Providing necessary documents to documentation and clearance team
