We are hiring experienced candidates for the role of International Customer Support & Sales Executive.
This position involves assisting international customers with their queries and also handling product pitching, upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales in a professional manner.

This is not a fresher role. Only candidates with 1+ year of experience can apply.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Handling international customer queries professionally
• Understanding customer needs and offering the most relevant solutions
• Pitching products or services clearly and confidently
• Performing upselling and cross-selling whenever suitable
• Closing sales while maintaining quality and compliance
• Documenting customer interactions accurately

This is a mix of customer support and sales, ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, problem-solving, and consultative selling.

Salary Structure

• 1 year experience: INR 40,000 – 44,000 per month
• 2+ years experience: INR 44,000 – 46,000 per month
• Salary depends on communication skills, process knowledge, sales ability, and interview performance.

Relocation Support

For candidates relocating from any city in India, the company provides:

• Air/train tickets
• Relocation bonus

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates only (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Comfortable working from the office in Jaipur
• Willing to work in rotational or night shifts (international process)
