Customer Service & Sales Executive (EdTech Platform)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service & Sales Executive to join our EdTech platform team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, closing sales, managing customer queries, and responding to emails. If you perform well, you could be promoted to the position of Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls for customer support and sales
• Explain services, close sales, and follow up on leads
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Reply to customer emails and maintain communication records
• Maintain call logs, sales data, and customer information in Excel and other tools
• Work with Facebook Lead Ads (preferred)
• Support business growth by meeting sales and service targets

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in phone-based customer service and sales
• Skills:
• Strong communication in English & Hindi
• Ability to handle calls confidently and close deals
• Basic knowledge of Excel and software tools
• Good email communication skills
• Other:
• Must be able to commute or live in Barnala
• Male and female candidates welcome (male preferred)

Preferred/Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Facebook Lead Ads
• Familiarity with EdTech products/services

Growth Opportunity:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
