Job Description

As a Customer Service Request Owner at SAP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of robust, downtime optimized, and highly automated lifecycle management activities within ECS. Your main responsibility will be to take end-to-end ownership of customer service request fulfillment in the Netweaver area, focusing on accelerating growth (RISE with SAP) and increasing service excellence while reducing manual efforts and costs. Your activities will include optimizing and stabilizing the delivery of customer service requests, coordinating action plans, driving issue resolution, managing relationships between stakeholder groups, creating and aligning test plans, and supporting technology-related projects in a complex environment. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize and stabilize the delivery of customer service requests in time, cost, and quality using analytical tools - Structure and coordinate activities, action plans, and timelines for deliverables - Drive issue resolution and manage relationships between stakeholder groups - Create and align test plans, support testing/validation, and roll-out activities - Support technology-related projects in a complex environment Qualifications Required: - Over 8 years of professional experience as an SAP Basis Technical Consultant, specializing in SAP cloud implementations and migration projects - Extensive operational knowledge and administration expertise across diverse SAP applications and databases in global multi-cloud environments - Proficiency in SAP NetWeaver best practices and technical project leadership with direct customer interaction - Skills in designing integrated end-to-end lifecycle management procedures At SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS), we are looking for motivated technical project leads to join our team.
