Customer Service Representative – US Clients

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative – US Clients cum Admin is responsible for providing exceptional communication and service to US-based customers while performing administrative tasks to support daily business operations. This role includes responding to client inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing data entry, coordinating internal tasks, and maintaining client records.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Client Communication

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to US customers in a professional manner.
• Respond to customer emails, messages, and service requests in fluent English.
• Understand customer needs, provide information, and resolve queries efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Administrative Support

• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and set reminders.
• Coordinate internal meetings and assist management with scheduling.
• Perform data entry, maintain documentation, and organize files.
• Update CRM systems, client logs, spreadsheets, and records accurately.
• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and communication summaries.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication – must be fluent and confident.
• Strong phone etiquette and email writing skills.
• Good computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, emailing.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
• Comfortable working US shift timings.
