Customer Service Representative (Tele Caller – Hindi & English)

Job Summary:

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to customers
  • Handle delivery-related queries and feedback calls
  • Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints with a solution-focused approach
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information
  • Understand customer needs and explain relevant products or services
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in customer service or telecalling
  • Proficiency in

    Hindi and English

    (both spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Qualification:

    Any degree

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Location: Coimbatore (Office-based)
