Job Description – Telecaller (Service Advisor)

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Telecallers who can communicate fluently in Telugu or Tamil and support customers for consumer durable & home appliance service queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding product service, warranty, installation, and complaints.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Coordinate with field service teams and schedule service visits.
• Maintain call logs, update CRM, and follow up on pending issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support.
• Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned department.

Required Skills:

• Fluency in Telugu or Tamil (mandatory).
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry).
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently.
• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
