Handle customer calls, emails, chats, and inquiries professionally. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues promptly. Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and processes. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system. Coordinate with internal departments for customer requests and issue resolution. Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers. Meet customer service and response-time targets. Prepare basic reports and maintain daily service records.
