Job Overview
Remoat Teams is recruiting Customer Support Associates for an international voice process in the US telecom sector. The role involves helping US customers with account-related requests, billing questions, service plans, and telecom service concerns while delivering a professional and reliable customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls concerning US telecom products, services, and account-related needs.
• Assist customers with billing queries, plan information, account updates, and service-related concerns.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant solutions in a clear and professional manner.
• Follow established call-handling procedures and quality standards while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the appropriate support teams when issues require further investigation or escalation.
• Maintain a courteous, customer-focused approach and work toward timely and effective resolutions.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Undergraduate and graduate candidates may apply; graduation is not mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process, with customer support experience.
• Communication: Good spoken English, clear communication, and strong listening and comprehension skills.
• Customer orientation: Ability to understand customer concerns, communicate solutions, and handle queries professionally.
• Shift flexibility: Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary and Benefits

• Compensation will be communicated in line with the confirmed salary structure and applicable eligibility criteria.
