Job Description

You are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative - Sales for an inbound process in Bommanahalli (SilkBoard) area of Bangalore. As a successful candidate, you should be a Graduate/Undergraduate with a minimum of 1 year of prior Sales/Customer Support experience. Good Sales Knowledge is mandatory for this role. The job involves working in day shift with rotational week off. It is essential to have excellent communication skills in English along with proficiency in Hindi and either Kannada/Tamil/Telugu. The salary offered is 30 CTC with 28 Take Home + Incentives up to 50K based on performance. This is a permanent job position that requires immediate joining. The benefits include health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The educational requirement for this role is Higher Secondary (12th Pass) and a minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales/Customer Service is mandatory.
