Your responsibilities will include: Greeting customers and kids with a warm, friendly, and smiling face Assisting children and parents during entry, registration, and exit Monitoring and engaging with kids inside the play area to ensure their safety and enjoyment Helping kids with any issues or queries they may face while playing Creating a fun and safe environment by guiding children and following safety protocols Engaging kids through playful interactions and basic learning activities Responding to parent queries politely and professionally Handling the front desk, ticketing, and customer check-in/check-out procedures Ensuring well-groomed personal appearance and maintaining company grooming standards Speaking in basic English to interact clearly and confidently with guests Supporting other team members and assisting during birthday parties or special events We are looking for energetic, child-friendly, and responsible individuals who love working with children and can maintain a joyful environment with a positive attitude and presentable appearance.
