Customer Service Representative (Fresh Grads Welcome)

Job Description:
As a Customer Care Executive/Voice Process, you will engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a top-tier experience for passengers of a prominent global airline brand.

Competitive CTC up to ₹16,500 per month plus Incentives

Requirements:
Graduates and undergraduates welcome
0–1 year of experience (freshers encouraged!) - Gurugram Location
Strong verbal communication abilities in English

Openness to work in rotational or odd-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:
Professionally handle customer calls / Voice processResolve queries, complaints, and service issuesProvide accurate product and service informationMaintain high call quality and process standardsLog interactions systematicallyEscalate complex issues as neededMeet daily and weekly performance targets
