Customer Service Representative- for USA-night shift-in person

We are a Dallas, Texas based multispecialty clinic with a backend office in Kochi. We are hiring Customer Service Executives with excellent spoken English to support our US operations at night. You will be responsible for speaking directly with patients, doctors, insurance companies, hospitals, and pharmacies in the United States. Clear, professional, and confident communication in English is essential.

Qualifications:

• Fluent spoken English is mandatory (clear accent and confident conversation skills).
• Prior experience in US healthcare, customer service, or BPO preferred.
• Willing and able to work exclusive night shifts (US time zone)
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and organizational skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Kochi, Kerala. .
• Night shift only (7PM to 4 AM-Monday–Friday, US hours + two Saturdays).
• In-person at our Kochi office. No remote work. No morning shift
• Minimum 2 year Commitment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
