Position: Customer Sales Representative

Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai (WFO)

Profile – Experience Associate.

The opening is for an International Call center (UK shift)

• · Handle inbound/outbound calls for DME-related services and patient support.

· Verify insurance eligibility, confirm patient details, and explain DME product offerings.

· Educate customers on product benefits and close sales professionally.

• Strong sales and upselling skills, particularly in healthcare or product-based processes.
• Understanding of US insurance and healthcare terms is a plus.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up as needed.

· Desired Candidate Profile

· Graduation not required. HSC Pass will do.

· Must be comfortable with fixed night shifts.

· High energy, target-driven, and strong work ethic.

· Excellent spoken English with neutral/US accent.
