Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a smart, active, and responsible employee to join our travel company. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage daily travel-related tasks efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings, hotels, and holiday packages.
Assist customers with travel planning, quotations, and bookings. Coordinate with vendors, DMCs, and travel partners.
Follow up with customers and maintain proper records. Manage daily office operations and booking-related tasks.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Candidate Requirements
Smart, presentable, and well-organised. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel. Quick learner with a problem-solving attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a team. Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred
freshers with the right skills may also apply.

Salary of ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
