We are looking for a Customer Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our users. Job Responsibilities ✅Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone. ✅Assist users in understanding and utilizing Ayur.AI’s services effectively. ✅Provide personalized guidance based on Ayurveda principles. ✅Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. ✅Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. ✅Collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience. ✅Gather customer feedback to enhance Ayur.AI’s services. Requirements ✅Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer support. ✅Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. ✅Experience in customer service or support roles. ✅Interest in Ayurveda, health, and wellness (preferred but not required). ✅Basic technical skills to navigate support tools and platforms. ✅Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
