Job Details

In-Hand Salary: ₹35,000 per month
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Week Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
Shift: US Rotational Shifts
Incentives: Applicable after successful completion of training
Drop Facility: Available as per company policy

Candidate Requirements

Excellent English communication skills
Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in US rotational shifts
International customer support experience preferred
Freshers or experienced candidates as per process eligibility

Key Responsibilities

Handle US customer queries through voice and chat.
Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
Maintain high customer service standards.
Follow process guidelines and quality parameters.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
