As a Customer Service & Operations professional for Air and Ocean (Import & Export), your responsibilities will include: - Handling Air Import Consol Documentation efficiently. - Following up with Overseas office regarding Air Import Shipments. - Booking jobs in the software accurately. - Preparation of CAN. - Coordinating with CHA, Customer, and Airlines for Delivery orders. - Maintaining records of Air Import & Export Shipments. - Providing support in Ocean Export & Import. - Managing documents for pre and post shipments effectively. - Utilizing software knowledge (e.g., Cargo wise) for streamlined operations. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role. - Graduation or MBA as your educational background. Please note that this is a full-time position that requires your physical presence at the work location.,
