Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Manage cash transactions in the branch including cash receipts, deposits, cash tallying and payments etc. 2. Conduct debit, credit and other type of transactions for customers within the prescribed daily limits 3. Receipt and processing of cheques, demand drafts, pay orders and other such instruments 4. Review cash accounts including recounting of currency notes on a daily basis and file end of day reports 5. Provide customers with information on various products and services at Suryoday 6. Resolve customer queries (cash/ non-cash) within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT) 7.
