Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in customer service. Roles and Responsibility Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally. Handle customer inquiries and issues courteously and efficiently. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience. Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage. Any graduate degree from a recognized institution. Experience working in a retail setting is preferred.
