As a Client Service Manager at Ecorgy Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving our healthcare revolution in the US industry. Your excellent English communication skills and analytical capabilities will be utilized to manage stakeholders, clients, and a clinical team effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high-quality service delivery while nurturing strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and clients, with an emphasis on excellent English articulation. - Leverage your industry experience in Healthcare, International BPO/Sales, or related sectors to enhance operational efficiency. - Demonstrate analytical proficiency by acquiring and retaining knowledge of clinical practices and compliance standards, while implementing improvement initiatives. - Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, service delivery, and overall operational efficiency. - Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and showcase accountability in task execution. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - 4-8 years of experience in international voice process, sales, or similar roles. - Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on English proficiency. American accent is preferred but not mandatory. - Prior experience in Healthcare, International BPO/Sales, or relevant sectors. - Analytical proficiency with the ability to implement improvement initiatives and estimate effectively. - Willingness to work night shifts (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM) at our office in Elippode, Trivandrum.
