Customer Service - Inbound Process - Avg. English - Freshers

As a Customer Care Executive located in Ghansoli Mahape, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400710, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer calls in a professional manner. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum qualification of being a 12th Pass or Graduate. The salary offered for this position ranges from 12,000/- to 15,000/- Inhand. Cab facility is available on both sides from Ghansoli Station for your convenience. You will be required to communicate effectively in Hindi, English, and Marathi. We are looking for an immediate joiner who can seamlessly integrate into our team. The job role involves handling inbound calls without any specific targets. Currently, we are operating in 8-5 and 11-8 shifts, with plans to introduce additional shifts in the future. Working hours consist of 9-hour shifts, with 8 hours dedicated to work and 1 hour allocated for lunch and tea breaks. The interview process involves a face-to-face interaction, and immediate joining is expected after a simple 1-round interview.
