Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Customer Relationship Executive – KYC Operations Support to manage customer interactions and support banking KYC operations. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, banking voice processes, KYC verification, and account opening support.

The role involves 80% customer calling and relationship management and 20% KYC back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound and outbound customer calls (approximately 80% of the role), assisting customers with KYC-related queries, documentation requirements, and account opening procedures.

· Maintain professional customer relationships by providing timely assistance and resolving queries effectively.

· Manage end-to-end KYC processing (approximately 20% of the role) for Current and Savings Account openings.

· Verify customer documents for completeness, authenticity, and compliance with applicable KYC/AML regulations and internal banking policies.

· Review and validate account opening forms, identity proofs, address proofs, and other supporting documents.

· Ensure accurate and timely data entry into banking and KYC systems.

· Coordinate with branch teams and front-office personnel to resolve documentation discrepancies.

· Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and account opening requirements.

· Ensure timely completion of customer onboarding while maintaining service quality and compliance standards.

· Knowledge of Gumasta Certificate verification and related documentation will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

· Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

· Experience in inbound and outbound calling processes.

· Strong customer relationship management and query resolution skills.

· Basic knowledge of banking operations, KYC documentation, and account opening processes.

· Familiarity with Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) documentation.

· Good coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.

· Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills.

· Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· 1–3 years of relevant experience in banking, BFSI, customer relationship management, or KYC operations.

· Candidates with banking voice process or CASA account opening experience will be preferred.

· Good communication and customer-handling skills.

· Comfortable working from the client location at Goregaon East.
