Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls and provide effective resolutions.
Manage renewal calls, follow-ups, and customer retention activities.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with existing customers for timely renewals.
Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
Meet assigned service quality and renewal targets.
