📞 About the Role

We are looking for friendly and fluent Tamil speakers to join our customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with their electricity bill and service-related queries over the phone.

📋 Your Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls in Tamil.

Solve customer questions and problems related to TANGEDCO/TNEB services.

Give customers correct and clear information.

Log all customer details and issues accurately in the computer system.

Follow the company's process and quality guidelines.

✅ Who Can Apply?

Education: Any Graduate 

Languages: Must be excellent in spoken & written Tamil. Basic English is required.

Experience: Freshers are welcome! Previous BPO experience is a plus.

Shifts: Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.

🕒 Shift Timings

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Work for 4 days, get 3 days off)

💰 Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: ₹10,000 per month

Extra Earnings: Attendance Bonus + Overtime Pay

Benefits: PF, ESI, and Transport facility (if applicable)
