• Manage customer queries in Italian (verbal & written).
• Ensure accurate, timely, and professional responses.
• Collaborate with teams and document issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Italian (B1/B2/C1 preferred).
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
• Open to rotational shifts.
