Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
Maintain a polite and professional approach while communicating with customers.
Achieve assigned targets and maintain service quality standards.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Patience and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Freshers can apply.
Previous customer service or BPO experience is an advantage.
Candidates should be willing to work from the office, if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
