Job Title: Customer Service Executive Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all walk-in customers and must ensure a pleasant and professional experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and attend to all customers visiting the store. Assist customers with their inquiries and guide them through the booking process as needed. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work environment at all times. Handle all customer interactions with politeness and a professional attitude. Clearly explain all available designs, prices, and any special offers to customers. Work Schedule & Leave Policy: Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Sundays are weekly holidays, but work may be required during season time. Apart from Sundays, one additional day off per month can be taken. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Language: English (Required) Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
