You are invited to join as a Customer Support Executive for a voice process based in Bangalore. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries via phone calls, providing necessary information, and ensuring a satisfactory customer interaction. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills in both English and Hindi. Additionally, a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, administration, or similar fields is required. Basic requirements for this position include a minimum of 6 months of work experience, proficiency in verbal communication in English and Hindi, and the ability to work in rotational day shifts. Candidates who have completed their 12th grade, graduates, or undergraduates are encouraged to apply, with preference given to immediate joiners. The compensation for this position includes a CTC of 24,000 per month, an in-hand salary of 20,000 per month, along with additional performance-based incentives. This full-time, permanent role will be based in Bangalore, requiring your presence at the office for 100% of the working hours.
