Job Title: Customer Support – International Voice Process Company: Tech Mahindra Location: Sector 60, A-20, Noida Work Details: 5 Days Working Both Side Cab Facility Majorly Night Shifts (Rotational Week Offs) Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice support Education: Must be a Graduate (B.Tech / BCA preferred) Strong technical knowledge is a must Required Skills: Excellent written communication Knowledge of networking: LAN / WAN / Ethernet / Internet IOS Model Copper & Fiber Fiber Network Planning Familiarity with: Road Mapping Tools GIS (Geographic Information System) Tools for Network Planning Responsibilities: Handle international client queries via calls.
