Customer Service Representative (CSR) is integral to delivering exceptional service to customers seeking high-quality brass and white metal embellishments for their interiors. The gallery specializes in handcrafted products such as main door embellishments, wall murals, partition grills, and nameplates, blending traditional and contemporary styles. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Assistance Greet and engage walk-in customers at the Bangalore showroom. Understand customer preferences for items such as main door embellishments , wall murals , partition grills , and nameplates . Guide clients through the available options based on design, size, and material. Product Guidance Explain the craftsmanship, customization possibilities, and maintenance of brass and white metal products. Help customers visualize products within their home or office interiors, offering aesthetic recommendations. Order Management Assist customers in placing customized or catalog orders. Ensure all order details (measurements, finishes, delivery timelines) are accurately documented. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. Customer Support & Follow-Up Handle post-sale queries related to product installation, care, or minor defects. Track and follow up on delivery timelines and ensure customer satisfaction.
