Customer Service Associate - Query Management

You will be part of the Customer Support vertical at Accenture and assist in managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and providing the best resolutions. Your responsibilities will include closing faults and complaints within the defined SLAs. The Query Management team is responsible for both inbound and outbound calls, as well as providing email/chat support to address customer issues. As a member of the Customer Service Technology Support team, you will offer technical assistance on the usage of specific systems, software, and infrastructure, and troubleshoot technical problems. Your role will involve solving routine problems by following guidelines, with interactions primarily within your team and direct supervisor. You will receive detailed instructions for daily tasks and new assignments, and decisions made will impact your own work within a focused scope.
