Job Description

In this role as a Customer Service Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be a part of a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of retirement money-out specialists in providing high-quality retirement planning and investment management services to clients - Conduct regular team meetings to review performance metrics, share best practices, and develop action plans for continuous improvement - Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to team leaders to develop their skills and expertise - Collaborate with internal departments and operations teams across locations to ensure successful execution of business objectives - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the retirement planning and investment management landscape, including industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements - Conduct periodic reviews of processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations - Understand various risks, SOX, SOC1, and process controls associated with operational processes and implement control frameworks - Prepare and present reports to senior management on team performance, client satisfaction, and business metrics - Coordinate between client-facing and operations teams to resolve client issues/escalations - Demonstrate excellent people leadership skills, manage the team in critical situations, and drive holistic engagement - Analyze complex problems and provide effective tactical and strategic solutions - Experience thorough contingency planning to ensure strong resiliency Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation - 14+ years in US Retirement Services Domain - 8+ years of managerial experience with a span of 35-50 resources - ASPPA Certified (Preferred) - Graduate (mandatory), preferably from a commerce background Additional Company Details: Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.
