Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling Inquiries and Resolving Issues:Answering customer questions, troubleshooting problems, and addressing complaints via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Providing Post-Purchase Support:Assisting with product or service usage, guidance on features, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Tracking and Analyzing Data:Monitoring customer interactions, analyzing data for trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with Teams:Working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records:Keeping records of customer interactions and using CRM and helpdesk software.
  • Building Rapport:Establishing a positive relationship with clients and customers, both in person and via phone.
  • Having Knowldge in handling Multilevel Softwares and Applications.
  • Scheduling Surveys and organizing.
  • Languages-Malayalam Mandatory
