About the Role

We are seeking a female Malayalam-speaking Customer Support Executive who is fluent in both Malayalam and English. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and providing an excellent support experience to our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via calls, chat, or email.
• Provide support in Malayalam (primary) and English (secondary).
• Assist users with app usage, troubleshooting, and account-related queries.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional communication.

Requirements

• Female candidate only.
• Proficiency in Malayalam (mandatory) and English (mandatory).
• Prior experience in customer support / BPO / call center is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customers with patience and empathy.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with apps/online platforms.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
