Customer Service and Sales Associate

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling customer complaints and grievances effectively. - Resolving customer queries through emails and phone calls. - Keeping track of orders and arranging required styles as per customer requests. - Resolving queries on social media posts and direct messages. - Forwarding queries to the concerned team. - Upselling desired products to customers. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A bachelor's degree in Administration or related field. - A minimum of 3 years" experience, preferably in fashion e-commerce. - Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. - Knowledge of CRM systems. - Computer skills. - Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques.
