Job Description:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Provide excellent customer experience and build customer loyalty.
Follow standard operating procedures and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: (BA,BCOM,BSC and Hospitality)
Good command over English.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Night US shifts)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Fresher candidates are welcome
