Job Description

Key Responsibility:

Identify and network with officials, builders, contractors, engineers, material suppliers, and brokers for lead generation.
Promote the company and its schemes in commercial, industrial, educational, and service establishments.
Conduct events and promotional activities in various establishments.
Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and promotional materials at identified locations.
Network with trade and professional associations to promote the brand and run campaigns.
Identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects in the open and direct market.
Handle sales, operational, and administrative activities to achieve business targets.
Analyze business trends and target performance to develop new strategies.
Screen customer proposals using the Tab Application and provide initial approval.
Coordinate with the Cluster Manager for proposal appraisal, documentation, approval, and fee collection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
