Customer Relationship Officer (female)

Deals in Home Loan Responsible for meeting with clients , identify new sources from assigned geography & maintain good relationship with sources. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for sales of LAP/Mortgage loans in the assigned Branch, 2. Responsibilities to Business Loan/ Mortgage Loan, Lap, Gold Loan etc. 3. Develop and maintain business relationships with other support teams 4.Follow the procedures and processes laid down by the organization in 100% of the cases 5.Maintain customer relationships post the disbursement to ensure customer satisfaction and stickiness to the Bank. 6.Be a team player 7. Support the collections team on any delinquencies on the branch portfolio. Demonstrate initiative and creativity 8. It is a Filed sales 9. Product to handle - Home loan Mortgage, salaried construction, lap.
