Customer Relationship Officer

You will be joining Ecorgy Solutions, a healthcare back-office BPO organization that supports clients in California, USA by providing high-quality patient care through streamlined administrative and clinical support. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Serve as the dedicated point of contact for patients, addressing their healthcare needs and queries with professionalism and empathy. - Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information on medical services and appointments. - Build trust and rapport with patients, demonstrating strong listening and problem-solving skills. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of patient concerns. - Maintain detailed records of patient interactions. - Meet or exceed quality assurance and service standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - Any degree. - 1 to 10 years of international voice process experience. - Excellent English communication skills. - Good computer skills, especially in MS Excel and typing speed. - Willingness to work night shifts (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM) from the Trivandrum office location. - Immediate joiners and candidates from Trivandrum or nearby locations are preferred.
