Position:- Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) Location:- Sector 49, Gurgaon Full time, permanent Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. The CRO will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage strong relationships with customers to promote customer retention and satisfaction. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner. Act as a point of contact between the customer and internal departments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints. Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions or direct them to the relevant product/service. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved. Assist in upselling or cross-selling products/services based on customer profiles. Support sales and marketing teams in customer engagement strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Fresher can also apply with good communication Proven experience in a customer-facing role (sales, service, or support). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
