Work Timings - Tuesday to Friday - 11 AM to 8 PM Saturday and Sunday - 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday OFF

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Customer Relations and Marketing Executive to be the face and voice of Swar Kala Sangam Music School. This role involves managing customer inquiries, ensuring student satisfaction, promoting the school’s music and dance programs, and executing local marketing strategies to boost visibility and enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Relations:

  • Greet and assist walk-in visitors, students, and parents with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with students and their families through regular engagement and follow-ups.
  • Handle class scheduling, new admissions, trial classes, and course queries.
  • Collect feedback from students and parents and relay it to the management team.
  • Coordinate with faculty and admin teams for smooth running of classes and events.

Marketing & Outreach:

  • Develop and execute local marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to promote classes and events.
  • Manage social media platforms – create engaging content, schedule posts, respond to comments, and increase community engagement.
  • Assist in planning and promoting concerts, workshops, and events.
  • Monitor SEO and Google reviews; actively encourage positive testimonials and feedback.
  • Distribute flyers, posters, and school merchandise in local areas, societies, and schools.
  • Collaborate with schools, clubs, and communities for tie-ups and promotional activities.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain updated student records and manage CRM or Excel-based systems.
  • Help with registrations, payment follow-ups, and attendance tracking.
  • Support the front office in daily administrative tasks.
  • Maintain databases of prospects and leads for follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, patient, and positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Organized, punctual, and good at multitasking.
  • Passion for music, dance, or performing arts is a big plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role, especially in education, performing arts, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google My Business, and CRM tools.
  • Event coordination and marketing campaign execution experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
