Customer Relationship Executive(Pre Sales)

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain updated records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team to track and update client requirements and follow-ups.
• Sending quotations, basic product details, and order updates to clients.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding queries, deliveries, and satisfaction.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and appointments as per the Sales Head’s direction.
• Maintain basic reports related to client interactions, order status, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and client communication.
• Provide general support to the sales team in terms of documentation, presentations, or client coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
