Customer Relationship Executive (Real Estate) - Voice Process

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring a smooth customer journey, and providing excellent post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Assist customers during property site visits and explain project details.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and CRM teams for smooth customer handling.
• Follow up on leads, documentation, and payment schedules.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Support post-sale processes such as registration, handover, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in customer service, real estate, or sales coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask and handle clients professionally.
