Job Title: Relationship Manager - Manufacturing Industry Location: Raipur Department: Sales and Client Relations Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the manufacturing sector. The Relationship Manager will also engage in fieldwork to meet clients, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Experience in tiles, plywood, and sanitary manufacturing is preferred. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: · Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and trust. · Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively. 2. Sales Growth: · Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the manufacturing sector. · Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and client feedback. 3. Customer Satisfaction: · Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, service delivery, and problem resolution. · Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement. 4. Market Analysis: · Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape. · Utilize market insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance service offerings. 5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: · Work closely with production, marketing, and logistics teams to align client needs with operational capabilities. · Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. 6. Fieldwork: · Conduct regular field visits to client sites to understand their operations, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement. · Present product offerings and solutions directly to clients during site visits, ensuring alignment with their needs. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. · Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or sales within the manufacturing industry. · Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively. · Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. · Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. · Experience in tiles, plywood, and sanitary manufacturing is preferred. · Willingness to travel for fieldwork and client meetings as required.
