Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining our laptop and desktop sales, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
-Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and suggest suitable products.
-Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
-Explain company products (used laptops, desktops, CPUs, accessories) and offers.
-Maintain a database of customer calls and feedback.
-Follow up with leads and convert them into sales or showroom visits.
-Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries polite
Qualifications & Skills
-Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th) / Diploma / Degree in any field.
-Good communication skills (Malayalam & basic English).
-Basic computer knowledge.
-Prior telecalling / sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
-Confident, polite, and customer-focused.
Work Conditions
-Shop-based role with direct customer interaction.
-Location: Perinthalmanna, Kerala
-Working hours: 09:30 to 07:30, Monday to Saturday
Salary & Benefits
-Fixed salary + sales incentives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
