We are a private limited company and are distributors and system integrators in
India for Various MNCs and OEMs, with interest in products related to LightingControls , Audio &video and Home automation. We look to provide HomeAutomation products, lighting controls, A/V systems and othercontrollable/automation products to high end Hospitality, Residential andCorporate clients. Our clients include Some of India’s top business leaders, celebrities, Five Star, Hotel Chains, Architects, Interior designers, Engineering consultants, andcorporate offices.

Job Responsibilities & Candidate Profile

➢ Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied after throughout the
process of order to collection.➢ Always ask them for true feedback.➢ Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time ofcollection of payment.➢ Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients.➢ Give or support the participants/clients about companyproducts or services.➢ Acting as a point of contact for complaints and resolving issuesto the concern.➢ Understand client queries and solve them in any manner.

➢ Polite disposition.
➢ Ability of rigorous follow up.➢ The ability to communicate confidently – both through speaking andwriting – with colleagues and clients.➢ Ability to understand the circumstances and act accordingly.➢ Proactive.➢ Always available on calls.
