Job Summary:

The Customer Relations Officer (Academics Section) serves as the primary point of contact between students, faculty, and management. The role focuses on student coordination, academic reporting, faculty communication, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with academic services in the Institute.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for students regarding courses, batches, schedules, and academic queries.
  • Coordinate between students, tutors, and academic department.
  • Maintain and update student and faculty academic records.
  • Prepare academic and HR-related reports (attendance, batch progress, tutor schedules).
  • Monitor student attendance, feedback, and academic performance records.
  • Handle student concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally.
  • Ensure smooth execution of academic operations and customer service standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
